Atletico Madrid officials believe Argentine striker Julian Alvarez wants to leave the club during the upcoming summer transfer window, according to Spanish radio station Cadena SER.
The report added that if a “huge” offer arrives, the Rojiblancos will consider selling Alvarez. Meanwhile, those close to the player have begun moving the file, making contact with Barcelona, while Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain—both finalists in the Champions League—have also shown interest.
However, no club has yet officially contacted Atletico Madrid regarding Alvarez, per Cadena SER.
Barcelona, for their part, have placed Alvarez at the top of their attacking priorities, according to multiple reports, especially with the imminent departure of veteran star Robert Lewandowski.
